Todd has 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Pacific Financial designs after graduating from the Business School at San Diego State University. He received the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
Todd is licensed in several states and holds the following securities licenses:
- Series 7, Series 24, and Series 63

- Court of the Table qualification

Todd spends time on numerous charitable causes, and he serves on the board of directors of Skills for Living, an international charitable organization.
