Todd has 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Pacific Financial designs after graduating from the Business School at San Diego State University. He received the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

Todd spends time on numerous charitable causes, and he serves on the board of directors of Skills for Living, an international charitable organization.
Shane joined Pacific Financial Designs in 2003 and has specialized in investment strategies and plan design for both groups and individuals. While focusing on tax issues and market volatility, Shane has helped hundreds of clients transition into retirement using a variety of investment vehicles.
Shane graduated from Eastern Illinois University’s School of Business with a degree in Accounting. After working with large corporations in private sector accounting several years, he developed extensive knowledge of tax laws and their application in financial products.* He has been recognized with multiple Court of the Table qualifications by the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).

With over 44 years of industry experience, Patrick Madden has many great accomplishments in the insurance and financial industry. Having served in high level management roles for companies like Prudential and American General, Pat has a great deal of background with quality insurance companies. His professional designations include Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter. He is a past president of the General Agents and Managers Association and has received many industry awards.
Marlo joined Pacific Financial Designs in 2016 with more than 20 years of organizational management and entrepreneurial experience in the areas education, marketing, media/design and specialty food industries. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix in 2009.
Mark Bol joined Pacific Financial Designs in June 2009 after spending 19 years in the computer industry in various networking, hardware and software support roles. Bringing to the PFD team his excellent customer service, no exceptions ethic and a certification as a Certified Support Professional I. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and spent the past 10 years as a Customer Support professional at Hewlett Packard.
Robert Jagus began working with Pacific Financial Designs in 2008. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in print media from the Rochester Institute of Technology, he enjoyed a 40-year career in the printing industry. While working, Robert was committed to educating fellow employees on the importance of insurance and benefits. It was a natural progression when he left the printing industry to enter the benefit and retirement planning field. Robert now resides in Cave Creek, AZ. He administers both group and individual benefit programs for all of Pacific Financial Designs’ Arizona clients.
Chuck Curtis retried as a Lieutenant from the San Diego County Sheriffs Department after 32 years. In addition to being a Past President of the San Diego County Deputy Sheriffs Association, Chuck served over 20 years as the Chairman or Co-Chairman of the Insurance Committee. Chuck has also served as President of the Retired San Diego County Deputy Sheriffs Association.
Chuck’s background in Law Enforcement and time spent building benefit programs in Law Enforcement Associations allow unique insight into the details necessary to install benefit programs. Because of the years Chuck has spent at various levels negotiating benefit programs for members of large Law Enforcement Associations he gives Pacific Financial Designs an edge over other benefit providers when it comes to negotiating and installing programs for any size association.
James Kasper retired from the United States Navy in 1979. He joined Pacific Financial Designs in 1988 and is experienced in group benefits and other programs.
